We're looking for a talented Project Manager with a background in Agile/Scrum to facilitate, organize, and execute projects across multiple teams via a new way of working. The intent is to leverage the Agile/Scrum approach to enable long-term success, including delivering business value faster. You will influence and drive strategy, planning, and delivery across teams. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Responsibilities of the Agile Project Manager:- Lead, facilitate, coach, and drive delivery across teams
- Maximize velocity and value of team delivery
- Help team develop robust quarterly sprint plans
- Facilitate thoughtful and tactical assessment of alternative solutions
- Ensure known unknowns are called out and appropriately project managed
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives
- Optimize and administer teams' project management tools - SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps
- Manage tech vendor procurement, expectation setting, on/offboarding, delivery tracking, and invoicing
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent technical education in a directly related area
- At least 7 years of PM experience directly related to duties and responsibilities listed
- Software application development project experience as a Scrum Master/Project Manager is a must!
- Ability to proactively see things through from start to finish, take ownership, and deliver results
- Take pride in and care about team delivery, value add, and customer experience
- PMP certification, CSM, and/or Scaled Agile related certification a plus
