- Understand and analyze business requirements. Develop and execute User Acceptance Test plans.
- Regression testing to ensure ongoing system quality from software release to software release
- Document and communicate defects. Ensure proper prioritization and drive resolution of defects
- Build test plans, and test cases and execute them to ensure the acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain the test repository using JIRA.
- Maintain the devices and OS to test the application.

- Perform functional and non-functional testing across all mobile devices and OS.

- Perform API, integration, security, and network accessibility testing to ensure the smooth run application.
- Responsible for ensuring all Online messaging exchanges with a Host or network meet all FIS specifications and network compliance requirements
- Work with Agile Team, and have the ability to organize and prioritize features.
- Proficient with bug tracking tools for bug logging, tracking, and verifying.
- Prepare functional requirement documents and keep track of the changes throughout the software development.
- Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verifies fixes.
- Work in cross-functional areas with internal partner engineering teams in a disciplined agile environment.
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Should have 8+ years of proven working experience as a QA Engineer focusing on API & UAT Testing
- Minimum 5 years of experience doing Integration Testing, Release Testing, and regression testing
- Should have strong hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman, Ready API, Rest Assured, etc.
- Experience of developing automation scripts using Selenium and other related technologies
- Should have Hands-on working experience in UAT Testing Experienced in designing and documenting Requirements, Test Scenarios, and Create Test Cases
- Should be proficient in testing on physical devices or on cloud platforms
- Should have hands-on working experience in regression and release testing
- Should have Experience working in CI/CD environment
- Experienced working in an Agile environment and familiar with agile frameworks
- Proficient Cross-platform testing
- Should hands-on working experience with Simulator and Emulator for testing of mobile apps.
- Thorough understanding of capacity planning, forecasting & testing and choosing Release Cadence
- Knowledge and strong understanding of Web Automation Testing
- Knowledge of management tools like Jira
- Should have knowledge of Java/JavaScript programming languages
- Should be Familiar with XML format
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
