• Should have Strong hands-on experience in application and Data, SQL, Analytical & ETL testing.
• Experience in Insurance domain (policy and Claims).
• Should be very good at Stakeholders management and STLC processes.
• Should be very good to manage TEST programs and have very good interpersonal skills to handle projects at client site.
• Should have hands on in writing complex SQL scripts (Oracle, SQL Server) to validate the transformations between the application layers.
• Should have prior experience in ETL validation.
• Should have client management skill and strong analytical skill and socialize with business team on the impacts.
• Should be well versed in Data warehousing Concepts, application process standards, DWH requirements.
• Should have conducted Data testing -System Testing and System Integration Testing, Regression testing.
• Should have Strong knowledge on System Testing best practices and methodologies.
• Should have Strong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.
• Should have Good communication, inter-personal skills and team player.
• Should have Good hands-on experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field
