Description Robert Half is currently seeking an Educational Program (Administrative) Coordinator for one of our clients in STORRS, CT. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of prior administrative assistant experience, has a strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The main purpose of this position is to assist with scheduling Masters-level medical program students alongside healthcare providers, coordinating and completing associated student paperwork, keeping track of the course syllabi and making sure to clearly communicate any changes or updates to all internal and external stakeholders. Please see abbreviated list of duties below. This is a HYBRID WORK MODEL contract position that will last a couple of months to cover a full-time employee's leave of absence. This position will be staffed by the end of next week - APPLY TODAY !Your responsibilities:
Coordinate all administrative support for the Master's Degree Education Program on behalf of all faculty, staff, students, and external partners
Schedule necessary conference calls, events, orientations, ceremonies, room reservations, and audio-visual equipment needs
Coordinate placement of Master's Degree students in a variety of clinical locations
Manages databases of clinical sites and students and updates as appropriate
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with various external clinical sites and preceptors
Complete student and clinical practice site paperwork and audit to confirm compliance with regulations
Monitors and reports on students' progress from enrollment through graduation by entering and compiling data and producing reports
Attends and records meetings minutes
Coordinates travel, parking, transportation, catering, and stay details for any events or trips
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Solid administrative background of around 4-5 years (give or take), required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required
Prior experience and comfortability working with Microsoft Office Suite of products, required
Tech savviness and the ability to learn new software programs quickly, required
Ability to be an independent problem-solver, required
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, required
Adaptability and flexibility to any changing priorities, required

Ability to maintain student confidentiality and uphold HIPAA laws, required
