Sonalysts is seeking an interactive full stack web developer to support the design and development of multimedia products that fulfill applied learning and performance support needs to our clients. Location: This position is on-site in Waterford, CT.

What You’ll be Doing:

Develop/program elements for interactive multimedia courseware (using a variety of software packages such as Adobe Animate) for a variety of delivery methods (web-based, computer-based, mobile training etc.)
Based on subject matter or instructional designer guidance, develop functional components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
Working as part of a team to develop interactive courseware

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related area), OR Associate’s degree with two years’ related experience OR High School diploma with four years’ related experience
Expertise in JavaScript programming
Experience in and an understanding of HTML 5 and CSS 3
Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance

Other preferred (but not required) qualifications:

Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
Experience with Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications
Experience with Backbone, Angular JS, and Angular libraries
Experience in and understanding of web and mobile standards and best practices
Experience with Adobe Animate and/or Create JS library
Portfolio of prior work and the ability to discuss visual presentation of ideas and concepts
