Job DescriptionSNI Technology is seeking a dedicated and talented Technical Recruiter. We're looking for the best of the best. We need people that believe in building relationships, someone who can connect the dots and think outside of the box. If you've been described as 'never met a stranger' or 'could talk to a wall' that's a great start! In this role, connections are key. You'll spend your day talking with IT professionals about their career goals and matching them with our clients. This looks like emails, texts, calls, meeting with candidates, and networking.

As a Technical Recruiter, a typical day may include the following:
  • Wake up and check your phone email inbox to see what qualified candidates may have applied or responded.
  • Meet with our Account Managers every morning to discuss open jobs and challenges
  • Reach out to passive candidates making 50-100 calls daily.
  • Check references
  • Recruit job seeking candidates, utilizing on-line search engine and social networks to find the best qualified IT and Engineering Talent for a variety of top Fortune 5000 Clients.
  • Aggressively seek, qualify and negotiate pay rates.
  • Must know how or learn to source using tools such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and more using complex Boolean searches.
  • Be able to qualify candidates accurately based on job requisitions, negotiate pay structures, coordinate screening with HR, and conclude on-boarding of applicants)
