Employing approximately 500 employees, the company’s key products and services include electronic engine controls, fuel metering units and main fuel pumps for both the OE and aftermarket / spares end markets.Triumph is looking to fill an All-Around Special Processes Operator position in West Hartford, CT. We are seeking a highly motivated, team oriented individual with proven experience in performing operations involving surface finishing, plating, straightening, heat-treating, painting, assembly for braze and marking on a wide variety of detailed parts. This is a 1st shift bargaining unit position (UAW), with an excellent wage and benefits package. Working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Perform operations involved with the proper sequences and techniques in surface finishing, spray coating, chrome plating, bronze plating, vapor blasting, and heat treatment operations.

Plating, straightening, painting, assembly for braze and marking on a wide variety of detailed parts.

Be responsible for assigned step(s) in the process, report any problems to leadership.

Procedures are largely standardized. Work is performed in accordance with detailed instructions.

High School Diploma preferred. Apprentice training or trade school training a plus.

1 to 2 years of related experience within similar manufacturing operations.

Ability to read and use precision measuring instruments.

Capability of identifying basic metal types.

Effectively demonstrate ability in plating, finishing, heat treating, vapor blasting and spray coating.

Must be able to read and interpret instructions.

Ability to multi-task in this high volume, face-paced environment is needed.

Successful completion of Criminal Background, Medical and Drug Screening required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
