Denison Landscaping, Inc. is a family owned professional business in operation for more than 47 years operating throughout the Washington, D.C. Mid-Atlantic region. We currently have an immediate opening in our Delmar, Delaware location for a "Residential Design and Hardscape Project Manager".
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Creating designs per customer specifications, material procurement, assist with crew mobilizations, installation supervision and quality control, on-site and plan take-offs along with all service related issues.
This work will include and not be limited to installing patios, stone/block walls, etc. so experience in stone work is required, inspection of plants, replacements and grading/hardscape issues.
Basic plant knowledge & hardscape experience is a must in this position. Fluent in Spanish is a plus along with minimal knowledge of grading and drainage.
