Service Manager position available with prominent landscape / hardscape site management company. We are looking for a professional and responsible individual with strong leadership qualities to join our team.
Candidate must be independent and comfortable with hands on property & equipment maintenance.
A strong knowledge in Horticulture and Agronomy is preferred.
Duties include:
Oversight of facility’s conditions.
Oversight of equipment conditions.
Ordering / tracking supplies.
Sales / Managing advertising and tracking leads.
Preparation of estimates & bids. Oversee subcontractors project from start to finish. This position requires strong competitive skill, the ability to draft contracts, knowledge to read blueprints and understand estimating and bids proposal.
Manage accounts receivable / customer collections and submit documentation to accounting department.
Demonstrate the skills to build a solid team.
The ability to hire subcontractors and employees.
Attend meetings with owner/clients/contractors.
Manage a project from start to finish.
Have reliable transportation in order to travel to job sites.
