Job Summary:

Join us and be our subject matter expert on pre-employment compliance for a wide variety of clients and industries across the nation. That means youll be the first point of contact, as well as the escalation point for, background check, drug test, and employment authorization questions or issues raised by candidates, internal staff, and our clients. Youll need empathy, leadership skills, good communication and a keen eye for detail.

What youll do:

Complete and report daily/weekly retail audits to ensure all pre-employment screening expectations are being met

Adjudicate all completed Retail background check reports daily ensuring that each hiring decision is made in accordance with all state, federal, client and Integrity guidelines

Ensure timely execution of all required compliance notifications and deadlines

Exhibits professional behavior and communication skills when communicating results of screening to candidates and staff

Identify trends or gaps and address with local leadership (know when to escalate when unresolved)

Track and report on compliance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Provide internal guidance and information on Retail pre-employment compliance procedures and requirements

Provide compliance support l when new clients are brought on-board

Document and maintain a repository of all client specific compliance guidelines

Retain full documentation of all issues and resolutions

Ensure consistency in hiring practices by considering past and current client and integrity practices before making any precedent setting decisions

Maintain regular contact with the field, clients, and vendors

What you'll need:

High School Diploma

Minimum 3 years of HR Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, call center, collections, quality assurance or retail environment

Excellent communication, critical decision-making, and interpersonal skills with a professional disposition at all times

Highly proficient computer, MS Office, and Internet navigation skills

The drive and commitment to ensure accuracy and consistency in area of ownership
