What does a Seasonal Field Ops Managers (FOM) do? Our FOMs manage a route of snow sites. They communicate with Clients and Service Providers.
The ideal candidate should be a team player, reliable, honest, self-starter, be able to use a smart phone and its apps and have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
