Duties include hiring, firing, scheduling, staff supervision and face to face interaction with dining patrons. Open 6 days per week, Tues-Sun, 11:30-C. Position is full-time, individual reports directly to GM/Owner who is not on site on a daily basis, but is in downtown Lewes daily.
