We are aggressively building a best-in-class team and are currently seeking exceptional full time Crew Members and Assistant Managers for the location at 1 Midway Shopping Center, Rehoboth, DE 19971.
Our Assistant Managers play a vital role in restaurant operations by providing a hospitable environment and ensuring a satisfactory experience of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that guests receives outstanding service
Understand all in store marketing promotions
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance
Communicate customer requests to management.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager
Second-in-command of the manager, making sure all systems run smoothly and efficiently. On occasions when the manager is absent, they are officially in charge
Train and develop the store associates to deliver excellent guest services
Conduct restaurant inventories
Manage the restaurant daily cash deposits and reporting requirements
Pay and Benefits:
We offer an attractive total compensation plan that includes per hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package (available after one year of employment).
