Established in 2018, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon (LBB) specializes in exceptional BBQ while providing a warm, comfortable location to enjoy lunch or dinner while drinking the finest bourbon around. We have brought the classic Texas BBQ taste to the great State of Delaware and paired it with the the best Speakeasy environment in this region. Who is the Cutter?
The Cutter is the ringmaster of this show we call BBQ. The BBQ Cutter is responsible for the operation of the pits and the meat station as directed by the Pit Boss. This is a customer facing role. He/She will be cutting meat to order, quick service with a genuine, engaging personality. Experience with cutting proteins is a plus. They assist the Pit Boss in smoked meat preparation, inventory, receiving, and storage of all food and supply products. The Cutter also performs required sanitation and kitchen cleaning to the standards of cleanliness set forth by General Manager.
This role is the Personality of LBB - get to know the Guests. Keep them coming back for more by asking inquisitive questions, making them feel welcome. Turn A Guest into OUR Guest during that first interaction. Models hospitality skills/behaviors, constant interaction and engagement with guests. Actively looks for and identifies techniques to attract new guests.
The Cutter works with the Pit Boss on ensuring excellent food preparation, while maintaining High 5 Hospitality, LLC S.T.A.R. core values:

What should you bring to the table?
Engaging, upbeat and genuinely enthusiastic attitude.
High School education or equivalent.
Proficient knife Skills.
Experience in a protein centric kitchen a must.
ServSafe Certified - we will provide training if needed.
Must be able to read and comprehend written materials, write in grammatically correct sentences, and perform basic to intermediate mathematical computations.
Ability to work cross functionally with Team Members in both FOH and BOH.
