Qualified Kitchen Manager will demonstrate a passion for food with stellar managerial skills including organization, Food Safety certification, expertise in food cost control and leadership skills. Experience in a volume restaurant and scratch kitchen preferred.
Qualified Line Cook will have experience in a volume kitchen and demonstrate skills in all areas of the kitchen. Food Safety Certification is a plus.
