Maintenance Technician needed for residential community in New Castle, DE. Must have prior maintenance experience (2 years). HVAC and appliance repair familiarity is a plus. Qualified applicants will have reliable transportation, clean criminal background, are goal oriented, works well under pressure and individually. Technicians work 40 hours per week plus on-call status. Position includes paid vacation, sick time, and holidays. This position may require work at multiple sites.
