Looking for a motivated company/individual that can take control. Will need your own cleaning equipment and crew. Trash outs, Initial Home cleaning and Monthly Maid Services. These are vacant homes and may also require yard services. Some of these homes can be nasty so please do not respond if you cannot handle the filth. These are time sensitive and cannot be late. Pay can be hourly or per job.
