Labor Pay Scale $10-$18 depending on experience
Work independently and alongside crew leader / other technicians to quickly turn over vacant properties, complete emergency repairs, and assigned work orders, (repair issues include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall installation and repairs, finish work, painting, appliance repairs, exterior work, grass cuts / landscaping, picking up and delivering material, and assisting warehouse manager as needed). This position will require you to move around to assist other team members in necessary jobs to complete the task assigned. This position is designed to help you obtain the necessary training to move into a service technician position. Must be willing to work on all trades to assist as needed.
Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license that will qualify to be placed on a commercial driver's insurance policy. Have a working knowledge of most power tools or a willingness to learn their proper operation. Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Must be able to learn Operating System Software. Willing to be a part of growing team that works well together.

Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol testing, and Randoms thereafter.
