Looking for a Housekeeper in Landenberg PA
This would be a part-time gig, 20 hours a week with some flexibility so long as you are consistent and on time.
Pay would be 20 an hour, looking for 5 hours 4 days a week, prefer mon, wed, fri, and either sat or sun from 7am-noon.
My house is in the area where DE, MD, and PA meet.
Must love cats and dogs, I foster and there are always kittens or puppies running around- part of your job would involve cleaning lots of cat litter boxes, cat cages, and messes.
Cleaning will involve organizing, laundry, dishes, cleaning bathrooms, kitty litter, sweeping/mopping etc. cooking or organizing skills a plus.
You would pick up and sort out scattered clothes, dishes, random stuff left around. Looking for someone who can come in, look around and figure out what needs doing with minimal coaching- I have zero desire to micromanage, I just want my house clean and looking/smelling good. My ideal housekeeper will do the regular chores and when times allow look around and figure out for themselves what else to do like cleaning fridges, etc.
I will warn you it will sometimes be like cleaning up after a college dorm- clothes and dishes scattered everywhere. I foster a lot of very sick cats and kittens, and they can make some gross messes.
My wife and I are LGBTQ, it has nothing to do with you, but I need someone who is respectful.
