Apartment Community hiring maintenance technician in New Castle, DE to start position immediately!
Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. Will be responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Will be responsible for repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, at our communities.
Light Electrical
Plumbing
Appliance Repair
Painting and Dry Wall Repair
Snow Removal in Winter Months
Must be authorized to work in the US.
