We are a local law firm with an emphasis on real estate transactions. We are seeking candidates for a residential real estate paralegal. The primary responsibilities in this position include clearing title, coordinating with lenders, preparing Closing Disclosures, preparing deeds and related transfer documents, and related pre-closing tasks. The ideal candidate will be smart, conscientious, hard working and personable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to teach the right candidate. A college degree is preferred. This is a full time position. Health and retirement benefits are provided.
