Mid Atlantic Environmental Laboratories, Inc. is looking for an individual for Office Manager Position. Candidate must be detailed oriented and highly organized. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be able to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Candidate must have a minimum High School Diploma/GED. Training will be provided as needed.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
1. Answering phone calls and direct to proper department.
2. Generate emails and respond to emails from clients/vendors.
3. Generate, edit, and distribute invoices to clients.
4. Collect past due payments from clients.
5. Process all Accounts Receivables transactions.
6. Process all Accounts Payable transactions.
7. Maintain files and documents in an organized manner.
Experience:
Microsoft Office Suite
1. Microsoft Office Suite
2. Microsoft Windows
3. Previous office work/clerical work
4. Quick Books (desired)
Pay is based on experience and skill level. ($11-$13/hour)
Paid Vacations and Sick Time available
