Our Financial Services client is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support a national sales team. The Sales Assistant will support approximatelyten sales representatives with all administrative tasks relating to client service. This is a directhire opportunity with a base salary of $55-65k, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have administrativesupport experiencein the Financial Services industry, preferably supportinga team.
Responsibilities include:
-Provide administrative support to team of ten sales reps nationwide
-Provide client service to both new and existing clients
-Set up new clients
-Administer changes and updates to existing clients
-Answer phones
-Composedocumentsand correspondence
-Other duties as assigned
Skills:
-Client oriented demeanor
-Professional verbal and written communication
-Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate new software
-Detail orientation
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 5 years experience working in an administrative capacity within the Financial Services industry
-Experience supporting a sales team
-Experience interfacing with clients
-High level proficiency with MS Word and Excel
