ROLE: An Order Processing Clerk is responsible for placing accurate orders with manufacturers and suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:: Review contracts and related paperwork for omissions and accuracy. Coordinate order entry into appropriate systems after consulting with installation Manager. Coordinate product delivery from vendors. Serve as the local contact for vendors. Maintain accurate records. Consult with Design Consultants and Installation Manager regarding product issues impacting customer.
KNOWLEDGE: Competent with computer systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Quick-books and CRM Systems preferably Market Sharp. Fluent in the English language in both verbal and written form. General knowledge of office clerical processes and systems.
SKILLS: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, CRM Systems preferably Market Sharp. Data entry. Proofing contracts and documents. Strong communication skills. VoIP telephone system.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
RELATED EXPERIENCE: Prior experience with data entry or ordering preferred.
