Looking for a motivated, organized and outgoing team player for our new home construction sales team! Get started today as a Sales Assistant with our growing homebuilding company.
Hours are 11a-5p Saturday & Sunday, and occasional weekdays.This is a part-time position with great potential to grow into a full-time Community Sales Manager for the right person. Pay rate is extremely competitive!
Responsibilities include:
Staff sales model office
Open and close model and ready move-in homes
Greet prospects, tour model, and answer their questions about product and community
Register interested prospects and input contact info in computer database
Answer phone calls promptly
Make sure model and homes are tidy and locked up properly
Schedule and follow up on appointments
Maintain pleasant attitude with customers at all times
Assist with sales overflow
Work as a team with the Community Sales Manager
Education:
Minimum High school or equivalent
Real estate license is NOT required
