Rehoboth Lifestyle is looking for two enthusiastic, motivated and friendly people to join our team with managerial experience.
We are a fast-paced, customer service driven beach store, serving the Rehoboth community for 15 years.
As we service a busy resort town, adapting quickly and rolling with the punches is a must!
Our ideal candidates will perform the following tasks:
- Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
- Advise customers by providing information on products
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
- Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash and credit cards
- Contribute to the team effort by maintaining and restocking the sales floor as needed
- Manage seasonal staff; help with scheduling
- Assist in implementing / overseeing new POS system; train seasonal hires on system
- Conduct inventory control checks
