Summary
· This position at Brosnan Risk Consultants client sites is intended to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus at the client location. Our Officers always wear the protective personal equipment provided and report any damage or misuse of any equipment immediately to their supervisor. The BRC Officers are committed to ensuring the safety and health of all visitors and employees at our client sites.
Responsibilities
· Greets all entrants in a courteous and professional manner representative of the organization and facility.
· Screens assigned individual(s) entering facility and follows corresponding protocol.
· Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the facility
· Provide suggestion to permit or restrict building access for individuals based on screening results
· Communicate findings through the appropriate route determined by each site
· Prior to beginning the shift all security officers will receive a temperature screening.
· Persons waiting in line to be screened should maintain a distance of at least six (6) feet between themselves.
· Officers shall provide verbal direction as a reminder to those in line that 6 feet is the recommended distancing while in public.
· Ensures Screening Station is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
· Utilize antiseptic material to wipe down high-volume touch points.
· Other related duties as required.
Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Required to wear provided Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks
· Strong customer service skills.
· Ability to use required equipment.
