Parts Counter Sales Representative
Four Acres Trailer Sales Inc. Is family owned and has been in business for over 60 years. We sell and service a wide variety of Trailers, Golf Carts, Scooters and E-Bikes.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain accurate inventory counts both physically and utilizing the company's inventory program.
Price display items accurately.
Order parts as needed for inventory and repair orders.
Check in inventory and update system in a timely manner.
Make follow up calls to customers to keep them apprised of their order.
Call customers promptly when parts are delivered. Advise Service Manager when parts are delivered for Service Department.
Ensure all invoices are current, parts/materials are identified correctly on invoice.
Keep abreast of changing parts as they relate to our product line.
Must possess:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with customers and other staff members.
Possess the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills required. Dependability is a must.
Previous experience must include a minimum of 2 years in a Parts position. Experience in a trailer environment a definite plus, but not necessary.

Hours for this position are Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm (8-5 Nov-Feb)and Sat 9:00am to 1:00pm (9-12 Nov-Feb)
