Retail Account Managers (RAMs) for DBay Direct, Inc. are responsible for calling on their assigned accounts at least twice per month. RAMs help their accounts manage inventory, place orders, pick up and deliver orders as required. They introduce their accounts to new products and establish and maintain a working relationship with their account owners. RAMs provide value added services such as setting up and helping to maintain retail merchandising displays.
Job Requirements,
This opportunity requires individuals with strong sales and marketing skills. A highly motivated person with great people skills is required. Experience with DSD sales, customer relations, retail marketing, and inventory management would be desired for achieving maximum success. A reliable vehicle is required for this opportunity.
Salary,
Our RAMs are paid on a commission, and typically earn $15 to $40 per hour. The average RAM will make $40 to $60,000 per year working full time, but we have had a RAM earn over $100.000 per year.
