The biggest State Farm Agency in Cecil and Harford County is hiring sales people. Our firm specializes in the sale and service of property insurance, life/health insurance, and banking. We are looking for energetic quick learners to help service our clientele and help grow the business. There is tremendous opportunity beyond this entry level for high performers.
$1000 signing bonus after 90 days for experienced/licensed applicants if hired.
This position is full time (8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday. Licenses will be required but paid for by the firm. No insurance or financial experience required, although sales and/or customer service experience a plus.
Position includes:
Salary plus monthly commission and both annual and quarterly sales bonuses
Paid time off
Initial licensing and training expenses paid by agency
3% 401k match
Company paid group health insurance
Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus commission.
