We one of the fastest growing MSPs in the region. We provide remote and onsite support for clients in many different industries with a typical size of 5-500 users.
We are looking for mid to high level tech staff that enjoy the challenges of working in a fast paced environment. We are looking for team members who are well rounded, with a wide exposure to various technologies. A successful candidate will have exposure in everything from help desk support to server migrations.WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERTS WHO EXCEL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT SUPPORT
We are looking for someone to join our team as a technology consultant. This position will involve remote support and onsite support (company car provided) for clients across Delaware and MarylandEssential Duties and Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and support core networks: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Design and implement disaster recovery solutions
IT support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure
Support of Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
Support services for virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V
Remote access solution support: VPN, Remote Desktop Services, and CitrixAdditional Duties and Responsibilities :
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
To perform this job successfully you must have the ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment and complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner. It is critical that you are able to think quickly on your feet and make accurate assessments of technology issues and resolve them effectively. . Some of these additional skills and certifications will be an asset.
Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP
Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
Diagnosis skills of technical issues
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
Service awareness of all organization's key IT services for which support is being provided
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment Experience with ConnectWise and Kaseya preferred but not required.
