We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated experienced maintenance technician for an apartment complex in Dover, DE. Candidates must have a minimum of one year apartment maintenance or similar experience, including electrical, carpentry and plumbing experience. Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a positive attitude, has pride, takes ownership of their work and has the ability to work well as part of a team.
