THE POSITION:
The job of Electrical Service Technician was established for the purpose/s of providing Electrical/Lighting services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading electrical/lighting systems and equipment; assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available at job site.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of electrical service
Independent worker
HVAC/R experience a plus
Good appearance, organizational skills, and detailed oriented
Hands on knowledge of one or more of the following:
Electrical systems up to and including 480V
Lighting systems (HID, LED, Fluorescent, Neon)
Control wiring (EMS/BMS/HVAC Controls)
Electrical Troubleshooting
Low Voltage (Voice/Data/Video) systems
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends/holidays, as necessary
Must be willing to travel hour and a half mile radius around home address
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Electrical Journeyman License (where required)
Valid driver's license
