EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN WANTED:
WE are looking for an EXPERIENCED Individual (WITH HIS OWN TRUCK AND TOOLS) with the following Construction Experience and Skills:
1. Bathroom Remodeling: Have the capability to completely remove existing Tub and/or Shower Base and Tub (Tile or Modular), and Completely replace existing Tub and/or Shower with new units. ALSO, if this is a Tile Job, you must be able to install a new Tile Floor, and Tile Surround Walls, AND PERFORM ALL ASSOCIATED PLUMBING CONNECTIONS for all drains, supply lines, faucet sets, as well as any drywall and painting work required.
2. Kitchen Cabinets – Have the capability to remove and install new Kitchen Cabinets, including plumbing connections for kitchen sinks.
3. Doors & Windows: Have the capability to install new Interior and Exterior Doors, Moldings, and Storm doors as well.
4. Concrete Work: Have the capability to remove and install a new Concrete Sidewalk or Concrete Porch.
5. Drywall Work: Have the capability to install new Drywall and all Drywall Finishing Operations.
6. Flooring Work: Have the capability to remove and install Hardwood and/or Laminate Flooring, along with all molding installations.
7. General Home Repairs, such as Siding and/or Roof repairs.
This position is for a very busy General Contractor.
