Handyman & Property Maintenance WANTED

Willing to Train. Responsible for the performance of skilled and unskilled tasks involving property maintenance and routine home maintenance. Candidates must be familiar with basics in plumbing, carpentry, appliances and basic computer skills. Must be high school graduate or equivalent, possess a valid driver’s license with their own tools and a pick-up truck or van. Must be able to understand and follow basic instructions. Must be able to present a positive image and be able to effectively communicate with tenants/clients. Part-time and full time positions available. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
