Property Management Company looking to bring on 3 Handymen to perform work orders in residential properties in New Castle County. Pay is weekly and we pay per job. This will be a 1099 position so repairs can be scheduled around your schedule. The following are the requirements:
Must be punctual
Must be professional
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own tools
Must be willing to undergo background check
Must be able to start ASAP
Here are examples of our most common repairs needed:
Clogged toilet
Replace toilet
Change locks
Replace interior doors
Painting
Drywall Repair
Clean Carpets
Trashouts
etc.
