Now that sounds crazy, until you understand what WE know is true: it's happy employees that MAKE happy customers.
The problem is, most technicians are underpaid, under appreciated, and overworked. The other problem is, if I start you at an average salary, you'll have average enthusiasm, average performance.
But what if I just start you at more than 60 thousand dollars a year, AND make sure you still have time for your family? Because I believe when you empower a good man, and do right by him, he rises to the occasion.
