Wilmington, Delaware based company that services PA, DE, and NJ, seeking people that want to work hard and provide quality results for homeowners. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of carpentry experience with kitchen and bath installation, beginning with demolition thru finishing work. This includes installation of custom cabinetry, trim work, tile work, and some flooring. Working as a team is a must, with the desire to assist other team members performing a task. We strive for a team effort in completing a perfect job with pride in our results.
Construction Requirements: 5+ years experience with carpentry, high end finish work, and cabinetry installation. Experience with tile (back splash and floor), and flooring installation. Ability to precisely measure and cut materials. Willingness to clean up work site. Careful with client's homes and respectful, as well as construction materials and tools.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Climbing (stairs, ladders, into trucks, etc), lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, stretching, twisting, reaching with your body, arms and/or legs; Ability to repetitively and routinely lift, carry, and hold heavy loads of 100+ lbs.
Work and Personality Requirements: Flawless attention to detail. Task motivated. High energy. Ability to deliver high quality results within allotted time-frames/schedules. Teamwork. Happily take direction from business owner and crew leader. Ability to accept and incorporate feedback from management.
Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license with good driving record. Provide one's own transportation to worksites. Provide own hand tools.
