WEEKLY PAY
PAY: $25-$33/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8 to 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40-50 hours/ week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:30 pm
START DATE: ASAP

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled 1st Class Structural Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work on various structural projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
Duties:
Perform welding tasks using stick welding.
Assemble components and structures by interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Utilize hand tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
Conduct pipe threading and rigging operations as needed for project requirements.
Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
Must be proficient in stick welding.
Must have experience in structural steel fabrication.
Must have advanced blueprint reading skills.
Strong skills in building and assembling metal structures according to specifications.
Knowledge of pipe threading techniques and rigging practices.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
