The carrier company headquarters is in Minnesota. There is a 2nd terminal/shop in Denton, TX
Orientation will be 2 days in Minnesota. Carrier will pay for your flight or rental car to Minnesota plus hotel accommodation.
If you fly, shuttle will pick you up from Minneapolis airport and take you to the hotel. Meals are covered by carrier
Carrier has 200+ trucks in their fleet. The carrier is 100% REEFER LOADS! We haul only refrigerated freight for example, chocolate, frozen vegetables, pork, alcohol, chicken. No dry van.
Carrier pays 70% of load plus 100% Fuel Surcharge
This is a Over The Road position (OTR) Home Time is usually out 2 weeks and home for the weekend. This is NOT A HOME DAILY POSITIONHowever you will be an Owner Operator and can go home when you want. Dispatch just needs a heads up before time.
Carrier is based in Minnesota but they are an East Coast Carrier. Most loads run from Minnesota/Wisconsin area to East Coast New Jersey/Pennyslvania area. Good paying lanes

Available for lease is 2015 - 2017 Freightliner Cascadias. All trucks are 10 Speed! No automatics or 13 Speed available. Trucks will be assigned during orientation.
No truck payments for 10 days! Get out there and make some before your first payment
YOU ARE PAID AFTER EVERY LOAD! If you deliver Monday, get paid Tuesday! If you deliver Wednesday, get paid Thursday! Friday is only the exception. If you deliver Friday before 7AM you will be paid same day. If you deliver Friday after 7am, get paid on Monday. The money is deposited on your fuel card next day. We use EFS so easy next day transfer to your bank account.
IN CAB SCANNING. As soon as you deliver no need to go to truckstop! Scan right in your truck. If you deliver and scan load in by 7am, you are paid same day. Money is deposited right onto your fuel card!
Trucks equipped with front and IN CAB facing cameras. They do not record you all day. They only recorded 7 seconds before and after an event like a hard brake.
HIRING AREAS: If you live east of I-35 you are good to go! Sorry we don't hire from Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or Southern Louisiana
MINIMUM OTR EXPERIENCE: 12 Months
DISQUALIFIERS: Sorry No DUIs within the last 5 years! No excessive speeding over 15mph within the last year!
