We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.The North America Supply Chain Execution Specialist will support the North America Supply Chain Planning and Execution Team to ensure commercial supply of selected products to the US Market. Key responsibilities include leading Sales & Operations Planning forums, planning process stewardship, partnering with US and ex-US manufacturing sites to ensure ongoing supply, managing source changes, optimizing inventory, analytics, and championing ongoing adoption of planning process and system changes.Position ResponsibilitiesDrive alignment on risks and opportunities in commercial demand and supply through leadership and engagement with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Marketing

Enable collaboration to make problems visible and to propose solutions to supply challenges. Propose alternate supply plans to meet customer demand and address known constraints

Commit to standard planning work for review of inventory, expiry, capacity, and 36-month supply plan

Understand SAP master data for the product portfolio, identify and resolve errors, and maintain accurate planning parameters for supply and inventory targets

Support continued learning in Supply Planning within the department, the NA manufacturing region/network of sites, and as part of global Community of Practice

Develop and sustain business analysis & decision support tools/reports to assist the planning and order management groups in effectively executing their core responsibilities. Develop Business Analytics strategies helping to drive the business towards data-based decision making. Key areas are IQV and discards, inventory planning, metrics, forecast comparison, production EA, and long-term profit plan and inventory plan

Participate in and/or lead project teams that focus on the sustainment, development, documentation, and continuous improvement of core business processes in the department, region, or in the global landscape. Interact with senior leaders to assess and understand business requirements, communicate project plans and status

Education Minimum RequirementBachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science/MIS, Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or other scientific field

Required Experience and SkillsTwo to five years in supply chain planning or logistics; manufacturing, manufacturing support, or demand planning

Understanding of internal and external customers with a focus on ensuring customer service

Timely communication of risks and opportunities to appropriate stakeholders

Collaboration to understand and solve supply problems

Attention to data, analytics, and making data-driven recommendations

Preferred Experience and SkillsStrategic and proactive collaboration and communication skills cross-divisionally

Compelling and proactive leadership skills to approach and work through complex situations in a structured way

Demonstrated communication to site and above-site stakeholders for supply plan changes

Demonstrated data analytical skills and creative problem solving

Understanding of internal and external customers with a focus on ensuring customer service

Knowledge and experience with information systems supporting supply chain activities (e.g. SAP, including ECC, APO, BI, Rapid Response, etc.)

Analytic tools such as Microsoft Access/Excel, Spotfire, SAP Business Objects, Aera, Power BI or similar

Project management and demonstrated leadership experience with ability to lead cross-functional teams

Knowledge of Operational Excellence, Toyota KATA, Six Sigma and Lean Principles

Strategic and effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

Teamwork, Collaboration and Inclusive Behaviors
