job descriptionATM Support SpecalistWe are currently hiring for experienced ATM Support Specialist to support a team located in Newark, DE! Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic about assisting customers with their fradulent activity. They will also have prior knowledge of Visa operating rules and regulations.Monday-Friday8:00AM-5:00PM$17-18/hourThis role is temporary to help cover rising needs on a busy team.The position will span from 1-6 months.Responsibilities:Investivation of disputes and fradulent activityInternal and external customer serviceCustomer Service and support to an inbound call center enviornmentWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:excellent customer service skillsexcellent written and oral communicationknowledge of the banking industryMS Office proficientEducation:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:Must have minimum of 2-3 years of experience or equivalent in a transaction services operation within a bank settingRequires knowledge of Visa Operating rules and Federal regulations.
