TITLE: Automation Engineer Location: Newark, DE
Our financial services client is searching for a Automation Engineer to join their team in Newark, DE.What You'll Do:- Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions, operational intervention, end to end flows, data handoffs, etc.
- Understand client, market and regulatory requirements, their current product usage and prioritize the requirements based on data analysis and strategic business need.
- Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to ascertain partner business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change.
- Define functional and non-functional business requirements for development and commercialization in order to meet business targets.
- Analyze and elaborate product features and operational, regulatory and compliance, UI, reporting and sanctions screening requirements.
- Conduct walk through and training sessions to update stakeholders and user groups.
- Analyze defects by prioritizing and exploring alternative solutions.
- Design and implement an effective, best of breed solution to automate, capture, collate, store and maintain real time test data for purpose of validation, measuring progress and performance in change delivery
- Python/Python scripting experience. Some UI Development in Python is nice to have
- SQL - complex queries, left and right joins, nested loops expertise
- Alteryx experience is a plus
- Automation tools like SmartSpec, UIPath, or Selenium are a plus
