Merakey is seeking a BCBA to join our in-district school classroom with Christina School District.Brief Description of Job Details General Responsibilities: 1) Identify individual needs for intervention using skill acquisition, assessments and functional behavior assessments. 2) Consult with other service providers for students (speech pathologists, occupational therapists and teachers). 3) Completion of VB-MAPP and other assessments for new students and re-evaluations of current students 4) To oversee all data driven processes related to progress documentation and to advise changes to treatment planning when progress is lacking. 5) Design and implement training seminars for staff. 6) Provide required supervision for RBT staff. 7) Development of child-specific behavioral/crisis plans. 8) Support/Supervise the Behavior Technicians through implementation of the assessment goals, program book, Individualized education plans (IEP), behavioral/crisis plans and documentation. 2019 0528 9) Assist Program Director with marketing and promotional initiatives. 10) Other duties as assigned.To fill out an on-line application: www.merakey.org/careers and send your resume to our recruiter Jennifer.utzig@merakey.orgIf you meet the above criteria and are looking for a position that will allow you to make a difference in a person's life apply today.ABOUT MERAKEY'S EDUCATION & AUTISM DIVISIONThe Merakey Education and Autism Division focuses on a continuum of care throughout the lifespan.
