Includes insuring data is reconciled to books and records and is accurate and complete Manage and perform BAU processes required to meet year end reporting requirements Includes processing Corrections when required Work with technology to define technology requirements are defined and deliverables are met Ad hoc projects, as needed Review of tax returns, if needed, to support Custody service requirements.QualificationsThe candidate must be a self starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment. Additional qualifications: Ability to work with multiple sets of data (including knowledge of Alteryx and ability to build controls and data checks utilizing Alteryx) is a must Takes initiative and can work with minimal guidance within timelines driven by regulatory requirements Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan Ability to critically challenge when warranted with the goal of resolving issues Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project desirable Experience with analysis and participation in process reengineering and technology projects Knowledge of US and non-US Regulations (including Tax) a plus including familiarity with 1099 & 1042s forms.
