As part of the U.S. Benefits Plans department, the Benefits
Delivery and Customer Service Unit is responsible for customer service and
administration of all U.S. benefit programs except pension administration
(e.g., medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, 401K), performing
administrative oversight of plans to maintain compliance with plan documents
and legal requirements while optimizing the customer experience. This
unit is responsible for managing vendors and monitoring their performance,
implementing regulations and changes based on design decisions made, responding
to customer inquiries and escalated cases and reviewing customer facing communications
and websites for clarity and accuracy.DUTIES & PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with managingbenefit plan vendors and the daily administration of the plans
Manage reconciliationprocess between systems and various vendors (internal and external)
Partner with vendorsand/or other departments and colleagues to implement action and confirmcompletion
Understand currentprocesses and procedures, including payroll and benefits administration
Assist with projectplanning and tracking of items through verification of completion
Document project relatedactions and processes for reference and/or replication
Independently replicatelearned actions and processes
Verify plan & systemrequirements and testing for various benefit plan systems and websites
Compile, analyze,validate, and reconcile large volumes of data & transaction activity
Research and makerecommendations for resolution of issues, inquiries and anomalies
Run periodic reports andqueries
QualificationsMinimum Education: College Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Experience: 2 years of experience in a Human Resources work functionThe following capabilities are required.
