Supports internal moves through delivery and collection of crates and other packing supplies.Supports internal moves through delivery and collection of crates and other packing supplies. Delivers keys and nameplates.Manages inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are accounted for and orderly at all times.Maintains key inventory, providing replacements and responding to desk and office lockouts.Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.Assists maintenance staff, engineers and company vendors as requested. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGEAbility to calculate simple figures such as percentages.REASONING ABILITYAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIESBasic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.
