Job Description:

Desktop Support including break-fix, imaging, deployment of Windows devices
VIP Support
Collaborate as part of a tight-knit team that supports 500+ users in the area.

Required Skills:

1+ year desktop support experience in an enterprise environment
Experience working with users for Windows Deployments, Imaging, and Break Fix
VIP support experience
Excellent customer service skills and attitude

Bonus Skills:

SCCM
Certifications: MCP, Network+, A+, MCDST, etc.
