DESCRIPTION:Duties: Define business requirements for automation and implementation of latest digital tools for optimal impact and drive the projects across Operations, Technology, and Intelligent Solutions. Measure the impact of solutions and tools to business operations through return on investment analysis, and work with internal partners for the deployment of new or improved solutions and tools. Responsible for stakeholder and sponsor engagement to ensure key deliveries are met to achieve business results. Drive and deploy portfolio of transformation and automation programs, as well as associated digital tools, in partnership with the Corporate and Investment (CIB) business and operations teams. Transform and automate financial processes in partnership with Business and Operations by implementing the latest digital tools and technology, such as Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, and Data Analytics. Work with cross-functional teams for the deployment of various process discovery and mining, self-solve automation, and data visualization tools. Coordinate strategic initiatives, including process discovery, task capture, robotics process automation, and other artificial intelligence-related initiatives. Coordinate with digital tools team to ensure firm processes are optimized within the CIB line of business. Use analysis to ensure solutions are defined, developed, and deployed per governance standards.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience as Project Manager, Financial Analyst, Consulting Services Manager, or related occupation.
