Our client in Newark, Delaware is looking for a Marketing Associate to join their team. This role requires on site work by way of hybrid schedule.

Position Description:

Management of campaign calendar deliverables including preparation of email and direct mail campaign set up (tracking codes, business requirements, campaign spec sheets, point-of-contact with operational teams and vendors)

Assist in marketing strategy development through to execution of our campaigns across channels (i.e. assisting with email campaign management, QA of direct mail and email campaigns, creative reviews, project management, etc.)

Maintenance and ownership of content library including subject lines, images, copy, disclosures and tagged fields for email and direct mail assets

Assist with maintenance updates to evergreen marketing collateral including landing pages and other web assets (reviews, testing, approvals, and file retention)

Assist with file retention and documentation for Compliance audits

Maintaining routine updates of Email and Direct Mail performance indicators and costs

Required Skills:

1+ years of experience in digital marketing or working through digital channels

Experience Marketing campaigns include:

Digital placements, influencers, email, paid searches, video, etc.-should have familiarity with a couple of these, not just direct mail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail Oriented, self motivated

Experience or ability to work in busy environment
